Definition
- Long, fibrous, firm, red-coloured, peeled tomato with a typically sweet-and-sour flavour, obtained from the tomato variety of San Marzano and KIROS. It is yielded on the agricultural land of Nocera and of the river Sarno, in the province of Salerno and in the territory of several municipalities in the province of Naples and Avellino.
