  • Round bakery product, made up of a leavened dough base (00 flour, brewer's yeast, water, salt) with a diameter of maxiumum 35 cm, a raised crust and a central part covered with toppings (peeled and/or fresh tomatoes, salt, extra virgin olive oil) cooked in a wood-fired oven. It is an ancient food custom of the city of Naples.
