  • Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the following olive varieties: Caninese and derived clones, Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino and Frantoio. When consumed, it has an emerald green colour with golden reflections, a fruity aroma and a strong flavour with a bitter and spicy aftertaste.
