Definition
- Processed beef meat with a tapered shape, to be eaten raw, boiled, or grilled. When cut, it has a uniform ruby red color or dark red on the external surface. Savory, moderately tasty, pleasant flavour; delicate, slightly aromatic and spicy scent.
