Definition
- Product obtained from the transformation of the white turnip with purple collar, "brovada turnip", in the Gorizia, Pordenone and Udine provinces. It is made thanks to the competence of the Friulan masters who evaluate the length of the fermentation process, the acidification of pomaces and the stratification in the vats.
