Definizione
- Aceite de oliva virgen extra producido en todo el territorio de Liguria. Se divide en tres tipos según la cantidad y variedad de aceituna utilizada en la zona de producción: «Riviera dei Fiori», «Riviera del Ponente Savonese» y «Riviera di Levante».
