Definition
- Red wine made from Corvina (45% to 95%) and Rondinella (5% to 30%) grapes produced in the hilly Valpolicella area in the province of Verona. It is red in colour, with a pleasant, delicate, characteristic aroma, sometimes reminiscent of bitter almonds, a velvety, full-bodied, savoury, harmonious flavour and a minimum alcohol content of 11% vol.
