Definition

  • Fresh fruit of the Vitis vinifera L species. It has a flawless skin and compact, fleshy pulp, with a sweet, tasty and delicate flavour. The grapes have an intense black-blue skin, velvety with pearly reflections (black grapes), or red - rosewood, blue - red (red grapes) or white - cream to yellow - golden color (white grapes).
