Definition

  • White wine made from Garganega (minimum 70%), Trebbiano di Soave and Chardonnay (maximum 30%) grapes, produced in the province of Verona. It has a straw-yellow colour, an intense and delicate aroma, a dry, medium-bodied, slightly bitterish flavour and a minimum alcohol content of 10.5% vol.
