Definition
- Rice belonging to the 'Japonica' type, Superfino group, produced on the extreme eastern cone of the Po Valley between the Veneto and Emilia Romagna regions, within the Po Delta ecosystem. It has a large, crystalline/pearled, compact grain with a high protein content.
