  • Extra virgin olive oil obtained by the following olive varieties: Carboncella, Leccino, Raja, Pendolino, Frantoio, Moraiolo Olivastrone, Salviana, Olivago and Rosciola for at least 75%. It has a yellow-green colour with gold hues, a fruity aroma and a velutato, uniform, aromatic, sweet, bitter and spicy flavor.
