Definition
- Citrus fruit of the genus Citrus, the size of a large apricot, spherical but somewhat flattened at the base, seedless or with small seeds. The very thin skin is yellow-orange, intensely fragrant; the flesh is yellow, not very juicy, slightly bitter and has 8-10 segments.
