- Carne fresca obtenida de la matanza de los corderos en tres tipos de osamenta que se caracterizan por el contenido de grasa y conformación: cordero ligero (de 8,01 a 13 kg), cordero pesado (más de 13 kg), cordero castrado (más de 20 kg).
